• Support UX and CRO strategies by providing valuable insights and opportunities based on independent data analysis
• Utilize site analytics platforms to build reports and deliver audience-centric recommendations to improve website performance
• Optimize landing pages, website CTAs, and lead-generating forms
• Assist in the execution and measurement of A/B tests
• Conduct CRO experiments and focus groups to gather user insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, serving as the main point of contact for communication, workflow management, and status updates
