Job Ad: Sales Manager
Our Google Ads and landing page CRO agency is growing, and we are currently seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As the first sales hire, you will have the opportunity to build and lead a successful sales team from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
- In collaboration with the CEO, you will help define and execute a sales strategy to grow our client base and revenue
- Being the first point of contact for our leads to help increase interest through discovery and education
- Prospect and generate new leads through outbound sales efforts
- Contacting and qualifying these prospective clients to close
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients
- Identify client needs and work with our team to create customized solutions
- Collaborate with our marketing team to develop effective sales collateral
- Ongoing process optimisations, recommendations and implementation of systems that will make our team more efficient
Requirements
- Have a strong self-driven entrepreneurial spirit
- Have at least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in digital marketing or advertising
- Have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Have an excellent oral and written communication skills, with positive and energetic phone skills and exquisite listening and negotiation skills
- Have a passion for testing, measuring, and improving outreach and follow up effectiveness
