Data Entry
All form submissions and call leads will populate the lead sheet, comprising two tabs: Leads and Dashboard.
Responsibility
Assign a team member to update the “Leads” tab weekly.
Updating Leads
- Use the dropdown selector in the relevant column to categorize leads as Qualified/Not Qualified.
- Indicate if the lead converted into a sale using the dropdown selector in the relevant column.
- If selecting “Yes” in the sales column, record the amount in the appropriate column.
- Provide comments on lead qualification decisions in the comments column.
Dashboard Functionality
- The Dashboard tab will auto-update with lead sheet entries.
- Offers a summary of leads, sales, and qualified leads.
Filtering Options
- Utilize filtering capabilities to streamline lead sheet views based on form submissions or calls.
